Before being with Greenlin she worked in the Hospitality industry, working in all aspects of hotels: Laundry, Housekeeping, Housekeeping Supervisor, Breakfast Attendant, Front Desk, Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and finished as a Sales manager. She then made the move from hotels for people to hotels for pets! While she may not always be able to put a face to the name, she enjoys being able to get to know the customers and their pets through conversation. She also loves that Greenlin is a very family-oriented company and cares deeply about their staff. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time with her two kids and two dogs (Rudy, a yellow lab and Bear, a black lab/German shepherd mix). She and her family love to go hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as traveling.

GROOMING OPERATIONS MANAGER
What Maddi enjoys most about her role at Greenlin is creating the best possible experience for everyone involved, clients, staff, and pets alike. Whether it’s teaching staff about dog behavior, reassuring owners that Greenlin is a safe and trusted place for their pets, or seeing dogs run in excited for a fun day, Maddi loves every opportunity to make a positive impact. At home, Maddi shares life with two beloved companions: Gidget, a 3-year-old Blue Heeler who thrives on adventure and challenges, and Bambi, an indoor/outdoor cat with plenty of personality. Maddi first joined Greenlin while studying Biology in college, spending over three years at the Lambs Gap location, including a year as General Manager, before exploring veterinary medicine as a technician in 2022. Although Maddi loved the surgical side of veterinary care and helping patients, the calling to return to Greenlin and its community was too strong to ignore. Outside of work, you’ll often find Maddi hiking, enjoying any chance to spend time outdoors, playing field hockey, reading, or journaling. She also loves crafting, especially making dog collars and snuffle mats, and dreams of starting a small business one day. Drawn to the pet care industry by a desire to make a positive difference in others’ lives, Maddi approaches her work with an innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve operations and create the best outcomes for pets and people. Her favorite Greenlin program is the Induction Daycare Program, because it allows the team to tailor each dog’s experience to match their unique needs and daily rhythm.
