Morgan joined the Greenlin Pet Resorts team in 2017, starting as a part-time employee and advancing through two management roles before becoming Vice President of Operations. She loves seeing dogs embrace the opportunities Greenlin offers them to explore, play, and simply be dogs. Getting to know the families of our guests and working alongside a passionate, dedicated team brings her joy every day. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Geography. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and especially her dog, Brix.

Madison became part of the Greenlin team in 2019. Before being with Greenlin she worked in the Hospitality industry, working in all aspects of hotels: Laundry, Housekeeping, Housekeeping Supervisor, Breakfast Attendant, Front Desk, Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and finished as a Sales manager. She then made the move from hotels for people to hotels for pets! While she may not always be able to put a face to the name, she enjoys being able to get to know the customers and their pets through conversation. She also loves that Greenlin is a very family-oriented company and cares deeply about their staff. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time with her two kids and two dogs (Rudy, a yellow lab and Bear, a black lab/German shepherd mix). She and her family love to go hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as traveling.

SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER
Stephanie joined the team in 2021 and loves talking to pet parents about their pets. Stephanie graduated from YTI in 2009 for massage therapy and then worked at Borders book for twelve years. Stephanie has a Jack Russell mix named Dexter, a hound mix named Mar, two cats named Buddy and Freya, two catfish, and two betta fish. Stephanie’s favorite activities outside of work are hiking and camping with her daughter, gardening, reading, knitting, and crafting.

RESERVATION SPECIALIST
Joey joined us with a background in pet resorts, in addition to fashion merchandising, management, and training. He is originally from New York and moved to Pennsylvania in August of 2022. While his favorite part of being on the team is the opportunity to spoil every pet that comes to stay with us, he also has three dogs to do the same at home. His furry family includes Sky, a mini Italian greyhound mix, Puppy Wuppy, a dachshund mix, and Ranger, a coonhound mix. He loves to go hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his dogs outside. Joey uses his skills, talents and compassion to lead at our Hershey location.

GENERAL MANAGER - HERSHEY
After graduating from Warwick High School in 2018, Hannah worked in retail for three years and for a pet-sitting company before discovering Greenlin. She came on board in March 2021 and has enjoyed creating bonds with the dogs, interacting with the clients, and caring for all the dogs and cats in our care ever since. Her own furry family includes a German Shorthaired Pointer named Ava. Ava loves to play fetch and enjoys the company of Hannah's family and friends. She also has a kitten named Noel. Noel and Ava are best friends and love to play! Outside of Greenlin, Hannah enjoys taking Ava on walks and spending time with close friends and family. In the fall, she looks forward to going to Ravens games in Baltimore.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - HERSHEY
Reagan finds joy in capturing special moments for Greenlin clients, creating memories for owners, and giving dogs extra care and attention. She is the proud owner of Rhea, a lively pitbull, Staffordshire terrier, and Cane Corso mix who loves creeks, hiking trails, and anything peanut butter or bacon-flavored. Reagan’s passion for animals and fascination with their behavior led her to pursue a career in pet care, where she takes pride in bringing happiness to both pets and their owners. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, painting, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends. A creative and collaborative team member, Reagan loves Greenlin’s Day Play and Train program, where she helps dogs develop skills and strengthen their bond with their owners. Fun fact: Reagan was homeschooled until 6th grade and performed in professional theater, including at the International Thespian Society Conference!
