Morgan joined the Greenlin Pet Resorts team in 2017, starting as a part-time employee and advancing through two management roles before becoming Vice President of Operations. She loves seeing dogs embrace the opportunities Greenlin offers them to explore, play, and simply be dogs. Getting to know the families of our guests and working alongside a passionate, dedicated team brings her joy every day. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Geography. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and especially her dog, Brix.

Vice President of Operations
Madison became part of the Greenlin team in 2019. Before being with Greenlin she worked in the Hospitality industry, working in all aspects of hotels: Laundry, Housekeeping, Housekeeping Supervisor, Breakfast Attendant, Front Desk, Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and finished as a Sales manager. She then made the move from hotels for people to hotels for pets! While she may not always be able to put a face to the name, she enjoys being able to get to know the customers and their pets through conversation. She also loves that Greenlin is a very family-oriented company and cares deeply about their staff. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time with her two kids and two dogs (Rudy, a yellow lab and Bear, a black lab/German shepherd mix). She and her family love to go hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as traveling.

SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER
Stephanie joined the team in 2021 and loves talking to pet parents about their pets. Stephanie graduated from YTI in 2009 for massage therapy and then worked at Borders book for twelve years. Stephanie has a hound mix named Mar, two cats named Buddy and Freya, two catfish, and two betta fish. Stephanie’s favorite activities outside of work are hiking and camping with her daughter, gardening, reading, knitting, and crafting.

Chantel joined Greenlin Pet Resorts after a rewarding 22-year career in nursing, combining her lifelong love of animals with a desire for a new adventure. As a devoted pet lover, she enjoys being surrounded by knowledgeable team members who share her passion and help her learn something new every day. For Chantel, working at Greenlin is more than a job—it's something she genuinely enjoys. At home, Chantel has a full house of furry and scaly family members. Her crew includes Drake, a Yorkie and proud grandpa; Arabella, a Shorkie mom; Nuggy, Arabella's son; Winnie, a Pomchon; and Zoomie, a Yellow-Bellied Slider turtle. When she's not caring for pets at Greenlin, Chantel enjoys spending time at the beach, creating art through painting and drawing, and traveling to explore new places. She describes her work style as detail-oriented, a quality that helps her provide exceptional care and attention to every pet she meets. Chantel's favorite Greenlin program is Puppy Academy because it gives her the opportunity to spend time with lots of puppies—and in her opinion, there's nothing better than puppy kisses! A fun fact about Chantel? She's a proud Jeep enthusiast and belongs to several Jeep clubs that gather each month for meals, trail rides, and adventures together.
CHANTEL
RESERVATION SPECIALIST
Brannon brings more than 24 years of professional grooming experience to Greenlin Pet Resorts. Throughout her career, she has worked in grooming salons across Central Pennsylvania, gaining extensive experience with a wide variety of breeds, coat types, and personalities. Her background includes competing in grooming competitions, managing salons, and mentoring new groomers entering the industry. Brannon specializes in cat grooming and working with pets that require extra patience and specialized handling due to temperament challenges. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for animal care, Brannon takes pride in helping every pet look and feel their best while creating a positive grooming experience. Outside of work, Brannon enjoys staying active and spends time exploring arts and crafts, gardening, and taxidermy. At home, she raises chickens and rabbits and loves finding opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. When she's not working with pets, Brannon enjoys attending live music events, visiting car shows, and trying new restaurants and foods. She is also a proud supporter of her daughter, who competes professionally in equestrian events, and enjoys cheering her on at horse shows. A fun fact about Brannon is that she loves collecting Hello Kitty, Jurassic Park, and Pokémon memorabilia, showcasing her fun-loving and nostalgic personality. Whether she's caring for pets, learning something new, or pursuing a creative project, Brannon brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine love for what she does.

GROOMING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Allison joined the Greenlin team in 2018 with an abundance of animal knowledge. She graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelors's Degree in Animal Behavior. She was the assistant curator at the Greenburgh Nature Center in Scarsdale, NY, and a zookeeper/educator at Clyde Peelings Reptiland. Allison also has volunteer experience from the Wisconsin Humane Society, National Animal Behavior Society, and a wildlife rehabilitation center. At Greenlin, her favorite part of the position is getting to know each dog and their families and watching the dogs have fun with their friends (especially when it snows - the dogs all get excited to play in the snow). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and American Bulldog, Pippa. She likes to draw and paint in her free time, and she is truly an incredible artist!
ALLISON
GENERAL MANAGER - LAMBS GAP
Emalee’s favorite part of her role at Greenlin is seeing the love and care families have for their pets, from joyful reunions after a trip to sharing laughs over a pup’s quirky antics. She has a passion for helping animals thrive, shaped by years of rescue work where she trained and cared for hundreds of pets, ensuring they found the perfect homes. At home, Emalee cares for her three dogs: Obi, a fetch-loving Australian Cattle Dog; Penny, a playful Australian Shepherd; and Weezer, a spirited 15-year-old Dachshund. With a background in science and a knack for creative hobbies like sewing and hiking, Emalee brings flexibility and enthusiasm to her work, especially enjoying Greenlin’s induction program, which helps shy pups grow into confident play yard pros.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - LAMBS GAP
Jonalynn is a dedicated member of the Greenlin Pet Resorts team who truly loves getting to know every dog that walks through the doors, whether they’re here for daycare, boarding, or their very first visit. Building strong relationships with both pets and their families is what makes her role so rewarding, and she takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and happy experience for each furry guest. She is a proud dog mom to three pups: Miley, a 14-year-old Pitbull/Lab mix she rescued in 2012, and two playful Cockapoos, Shadow and Meadow, who keep life fun and full of cuddles. Jonalynn recently graduated from Penn State Harrisburg with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and brings her passion for learning and growth into everything she does at Greenlin. Starting part-time during college, she has worked her way up to Team Lead and now serves as the Back of House Trainer as well as the Social Media & Event Coordinator. Outside of work, you can find Jonalynn lifting weights at the gym, playing pickleball, traveling with her fiancé, or relaxing at the beach with a good book. Her love for animals was inspired by her first dog, Gunner, who sparked a lifelong passion for the pet care industry. Her favorite Greenlin activity is pool time, watching the dogs splash, play, and enjoy one-on-one attention is the highlight of her day. Fun fact: Jonalynn played Division III collegiate softball and recently got engaged in May 2025!
