Morgan joined the Greenlin Pet Resorts team in 2017, starting as a part-time employee and advancing through two management roles before becoming Vice President of Operations. She loves seeing dogs embrace the opportunities Greenlin offers them to explore, play, and simply be dogs. Getting to know the families of our guests and working alongside a passionate, dedicated team brings her joy every day. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Geography. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and especially her dog, Brix.

Vice President of Operations
Madison became part of the Greenlin team in 2019. Before being with Greenlin she worked in the Hospitality industry, working in all aspects of hotels: Laundry, Housekeeping, Housekeeping Supervisor, Breakfast Attendant, Front Desk, Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and finished as a Sales manager. She then made the move from hotels for people to hotels for pets! While she may not always be able to put a face to the name, she enjoys being able to get to know the customers and their pets through conversation. She also loves that Greenlin is a very family-oriented company and cares deeply about their staff. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time with her two kids and two dogs (Rudy, a yellow lab and Bear, a black lab/German shepherd mix). She and her family love to go hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as traveling.

SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER
Stephanie joined the team in 2021 and loves talking to pet parents about their pets. Stephanie graduated from YTI in 2009 for massage therapy and then worked at Borders book for twelve years. Stephanie has a hound mix named Mar, two cats named Buddy and Freya, two catfish, and two betta fish. Stephanie’s favorite activities outside of work are hiking and camping with her daughter, gardening, reading, knitting, and crafting.

Chantel joined Greenlin Pet Resorts after a rewarding 22-year career in nursing, combining her lifelong love of animals with a desire for a new adventure. As a devoted pet lover, she enjoys being surrounded by knowledgeable team members who share her passion and help her learn something new every day. For Chantel, working at Greenlin is more than a job—it's something she genuinely enjoys. At home, Chantel has a full house of furry and scaly family members. Her crew includes Drake, a Yorkie and proud grandpa; Arabella, a Shorkie mom; Nuggy, Arabella's son; Winnie, a Pomchon; and Zoomie, a Yellow-Bellied Slider turtle. When she's not caring for pets at Greenlin, Chantel enjoys spending time at the beach, creating art through painting and drawing, and traveling to explore new places. She describes her work style as detail-oriented, a quality that helps her provide exceptional care and attention to every pet she meets. Chantel's favorite Greenlin program is Puppy Academy because it gives her the opportunity to spend time with lots of puppies—and in her opinion, there's nothing better than puppy kisses! A fun fact about Chantel? She's a proud Jeep enthusiast and belongs to several Jeep clubs that gather each month for meals, trail rides, and adventures together.

RESERVATION SPECIALIST
Brannon brings more than 24 years of professional grooming experience to Greenlin Pet Resorts. Throughout her career, she has worked in grooming salons across Central Pennsylvania, gaining extensive experience with a wide variety of breeds, coat types, and personalities. Her background includes competing in grooming competitions, managing salons, and mentoring new groomers entering the industry. Brannon specializes in cat grooming and working with pets that require extra patience and specialized handling due to temperament challenges. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for animal care, Brannon takes pride in helping every pet look and feel their best while creating a positive grooming experience. Outside of work, Brannon enjoys staying active and spends time exploring arts and crafts, gardening, and taxidermy. At home, she raises chickens and rabbits and loves finding opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. When she's not working with pets, Brannon enjoys attending live music events, visiting car shows, and trying new restaurants and foods. She is also a proud supporter of her daughter, who competes professionally in equestrian events, and enjoys cheering her on at horse shows. A fun fact about Brannon is that she loves collecting Hello Kitty, Jurassic Park, and Pokémon memorabilia, showcasing her fun-loving and nostalgic personality. Whether she's caring for pets, learning something new, or pursuing a creative project, Brannon brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine love for what she does.

GROOMING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Desire, or Dez, graduated with an Associate Degree in Arts in Business Management before joining our team in 2021. She manages both our West and Harrisburg locations. She loves seeing the regular and returning guests excitedly come to check in for some fun! Dez is very family-oriented and enjoys spending quality time with her mom, finding new recipes and cooking home-cooked meals, visiting her dad, watching scary movies, and spending quality time with her niece. She also cares for her cats Honeycomb and Ricky, and Boxer, Bunny. She is a Carlisle Area Anti-Heroin Coalition volunteer.

GENERAL MANAGER - WEST and HARRISBURG
Hannah started at Greenlin in 2019 with prior animal care experience from working at the Harrisburg Humane Society. Of all the aspects of being a Greenlin team member, she most enjoys having one-on-one interactions with the dogs and watching them grow into their quirky selves. Her hobbies usually involve her two dogs- Griselda, a Plott hound/pit mix, and Parker, a blue heeler. With them, she enjoys running and doing board sports. Hannah is currently studying environmental engineering with a focus on hydrology engineering. She knows four languages and is now learning Polish.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - HARRISBURG
Janelle is who you will often see if you come to Greenlin on the weekend, although she has been known to not be able to resist some of our special events that take place during the week! Janelle is the Deputy Tax and Enforcement Administrator for the City of Harrisburg full-time during the week but loves to work at Greenlin on the weekends. She enjoys spending time with the dogs and has a soft spot for the more reserved dogs that take longer to come out of their shell. She loves the rewarding feeling of building a bond, gaining the trust of those special campers, and watching their personalities shine. Janelle has two rescue dogs of her own. The first is her Pitbull Bently, who she describes as the definition of a couch potato that loves to cuddle. His favorite activity is sunbathing. Luckily for him, his mom loves a good project and has even made him a custom-fit canopy for his XL lounger that he enjoys all summer long. Cooper is her Pitbull/Lab Mix. He loves watching TV and knows every commercial with an animal in it by heart, just by the theme song. Cooper will run from wherever he is in the house to watch it. Shark Week is his favorite time, though, and he enjoys it while wearing his shark jammies. Outside of work, Janelle enjoys working on projects, especially yard work in the summer with her husband and spending time with Bently and Cooper.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - HARRISBURG
Rylee brings creativity, energy, and a love for animals to her role at Greenlin Pet Resorts. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching dogs participate in Greenlin’s monthly enrichment activities and capturing their personalities through fun videos and photos. She loves finding ways to showcase the joy and excitement that pets experience during their time at Greenlin. A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Photography and Videography, Rylee has a passion for storytelling through art. Whether she's behind a camera, creating something new, or spending time with friends and family, creativity plays a big role in her life both inside and outside of work. At home, Rylee shares her life with Freddie, a gray tabby cat she rescued as a week-old stray. After bottle-feeding and caring for Freddie as a kitten, the two have built a special bond. Named after the legendary Freddie Mercury, Freddie is now four years old and remains a beloved member of the family. Rylee was drawn to the pet care industry because of her appreciation for animals' honesty and authenticity. She believes the people who work with animals often share those same qualities, creating a positive and rewarding environment. If she had to describe her work style in one word, it would be determined. Rylee takes pride in being efficient, hardworking, and always willing to lend a helping hand to those around her. Her favorite Greenlin activity is the Pool Pass. She loves watching dogs splash through the pool and sprinkler with their friends, creating memories and having fun while staying active.
